Parameters

	AEGIR_VERSION

		The initial Aegir version to install
	DRUSH_VERSION

		The Drush version to install initially
	UPGRADE_VERSION

		The version of Aegir to upgrade to, should be a git ref, e.g. HEAD, 6.x-1.2
	TEST_TYPE

		What sort of testing to perform. From Aegir 6.x-1.5 onwards, you should choose 'provision'.
